Abstract submission:
New deadline: The deadline to submit an abstract is: January 26, 2024 (23:59, Paris) In fairness to all potentail authors, late abstracts will not be accepted.
Papers will be selected by the scientific committee of each symposium. Authors will be notified of acceptance and mode of presentation by March 6 at the latest.
Abstract length: Web submissions are limited to 3.000 characters (including spaces, only plain text, no figures, no formulae...).
Multiple submissions is allowed. There is no fee for submission of an abstract.
Submitting abstracts via the E-MRS website is easy and convenient.
- Log in to your submitter account available HERE or create a new one;
- Follow the easy step-by-step instructions on the template, making sure that complete mailing address information is included for the presenting and contact authors.
After submitting your abstract, please use your Control ID number in all communications with E-MRS. Because major revisions may affect a symposium organizer’s decision to accept your abstract, please review it carefully before submission.
The online submission center enables to save an abstract as a draft and submit it later on. Authors are able to revise their abstracts up to and including the submission deadline of January 26.
Abstract submission is mandatory. Contributions saved as draft only will not be considered in the selection process. Papers will be selected by the scientific committee of each symposium.

Visa assistance:
Citizen having passports from certain countries need a visa to enter France. Our online registration system enables you to obtain an official invitation letter in pdf format.
