Sponsorship & advertising

The E-MRS Fall Meeting has been held in Warsaw annually since 2002, although the 2020 conference was postponed for one year because of the COVID pandemic. To meet the needs of the materials research community E-MRS is organizing the 2021 Fall Meeting as a virtual conference to provide researchers, engineers and industrialists the opportunity to disseminate and share their leading edge results and developments.

In parallel with the technical sessions, international companies will have the opportunity to promote their equipment, systems, products, software, publications and services during the conference by sponsoring the event.

E-MRS sponsorship can raise awareness of your company, promote brand image and visibility, publicise a new product and generate quality sales leads. Please plan early for the best availability and exposure. All requests will be accepted on a first come - first served basis.

The following sponsorships packages have been designed:

Platinum Sponsor Package (900 €)

• Large sized logo on the conference website with a link to the Sponsor’s Webpage
• Special Sponsor Webpage
• Logo displayed as a video advertisement at the top of Pre-Recorded and Poster Section

Gold Sponsor Package (700 €)

• Medium sized logo on the conference website
• Link to the company website/ virtual meeting room/ leaflet
• Logo displayed as a video advertisement at the top of Pre-Recorded and Poster Section

Silver Sponsor Package (500 €)

• Small sized logo on the conference website
• Link to the company website/ virtual meeting room/ leaflet
