HHV Ltd and our French distributor 40-30 will be showing our BT150 thin film deposition tool for SEM and TEM sample prep and research applications. BT150 and BT300 are specially designed for these applications and feature colour touch-screen control and a range of process accessories and pumping options. We also offer the Auto306, the ATS500 and our larger TF-series box coating systems. HHV and 40-30 also support older Edwards ScanCoat 6, Auto306 and Auto500-series systems with a range of spares and consumables, plus our control upgrade packages.
