FALL 24: Registration is open

Registration is OPEN

Each attendee (including chairpersons, invited speakers, presenting authors, plenary speakers, scientific committee members ...) must register and pay online. Abstract acceptation does not mean registration: each author attending the conference must register separately. Registration for the conference and abstract submission are separate items and are not linked.

Online registration will be possible until September 9, 5 pm (CET). The week before the conference, all registered participants will receive the instructions on how to retrieve their access badges. In case of badge loss, 20€ will be charged for reprinting.

In order to receive a refund, cancellation requests must be in writing and sent by September 2 which will cause a €25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on requests postmarked after September 2. In recent years, there has been a move away from long scary disclaimers of liability for acts of God, terrorism, strikes, volcano eruption etc., so these are no longer included. Refund requests will be proceeded after the conference only.

Visa assistance:

Citizen having passports from certain countries need a visa to enter Poland. Our online registration system enables you to obtain an official invitation letter in pdf format. When completing your registration form, you will be asked to indicate your address, date and place of birth, your passport number and date of expiration. All letters of invitation will be available on your personal account as a PDF document.

E-MRS is not able to contact Embassies in support of an individual attempting to gain entry to attend the meeting. Because the application for a visa can be a lengthy process, we recommend that you start your visa application process as soon as you have been notified that your paper has been accepted. We also recommend that you secure your travel visa before registering for the symposium.
