Twente Solid State Technology (TSST) offers PLD-equipment from academic up to industrial scale. TSST is specialized in the design and production of customized thin film deposition equipment, with a major focus on Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) for advanced studies. It was founded as a spin-off company from the University of Twente in 1998.Currently TSST systems and components can now be found around the world. The company provides complete tailor-made systems, and complementary stages such as High Pressure RHEED, (laser-) heating and target stages for upgrading existing systems. Other services include thin film depositions, substrate treatments and training.
