TFSC Instrument

TFSC-Instrument is offering new products dedicated to charge carrier transport properties measurements in thin film materials and also to device characterization such as EQE:

• The SSPG-xxx is a series of products that measure directly the Minority Carrier Diffusion Length in thin film semiconductors based on SSPG technique. The equipments can also perform SSPC that leads to activation energy and majority carrier transport properties;
• QUESA series is measuring the EQE and I-V of solar cells and is based on LED light source which has several advantages on classical lamp sources: no optical adjustment, flexible bias-­light, fast and stable measurement.
